Aromatic, finely polished and full of character, with a spicy, exotic nose of dried tropical fruit, tea leaves and delicate herbs. Full-bodied yet precise, with vivid acidity balancing the sweetness and giving clarity to the long, delicious finish. Drink or hold.

Fantastic aromatics of acacia blossom, honeyed peach and pear with clusters of fragrant lavender and rosemary to lift and swirl. Unctuously sweet with a beautifully contrasting zesty acidity.
