The very young white 2023 Mártires has a balsamic and medicinal nose with contained ripeness, tantalizing aromas of yellow fruit, bay leaf, pollen and fine spices.. It was a warm year as 2022, and the harvest started on September 25. It achieved 14,5% alcohol, denoting the ripeness of the year, and kept a low pH of 3,28, denoting freshness. It finishes with a pleasant bitter twist. It was bottled in July 2024.
