Subtle and beautiful on the nose with currants, flowers and light sage aromas that follow through to a full body with ultra-fine tannins and a long and flavorful finish. Extremely polished and poised. Classy. Best after 2028.

Notas de "The Wine Enthusiast"

A torrent of blackberries, blueberries, currants jump off the nose before giving way to soil and wild fennel. On the palate berries remain as exuberant as they were on the nose, equally balanced by wild herbs and pepper, with a spicy heat that feels like the peel of an orange set on fire over a glass of amaro. Tannins are taut and smooth and give the sensation of actually being able to bite into the wine. Hard to argue with this one.

Deep dark ruby with a fine purple sheen. Fragrant, memorable nose, with notes of ripe blackberry, lots of cassis, some mint, very balanced. Polished and clear on the palate, smooth, very precise, opens up with lots of fine tannins, very long finish.
